Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint agreement that can deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers collectively beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on growing the ecological and fuel compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
